**Posting Date** 05/28/2026 234 West Louis Glick HWY, Jackson, Michigan, 49203, United States of America **DaVita is looking for a Dialysis Tech (PCT) to serve our patients at our Jackson Clinic.** **Paid Training Provided!** **Some details about this position:** * **Operational Hours: M-S 4:00am - 7:00pm** * PCTs expected shifts for this clinic: 3 days -4 days/week and can be asked to start as early as 4:00 am. Two Saturdays per month * Hours of work may vary during the training period; however, you will typically be working between 32-40 hours per week during training * You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday * ** _Paid training:_ DaVita offers all new dialysis teammates a robust, paid training program to help you learn the right dialysis skills. The training is a mix of classroom and hands on training.** * **_Reimbursement_ for your Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT) license** * Our PCTs also find DaVita professionally fulfilling. To help advance your career, we offer clear paths to higher levels of responsibility and compensation by climbing our clinical ladder. * Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic with a class of new teammates other than your assigned home clinic Key Responsibilities * Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care * Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment * Set up and maintain dialysis equipment * Record vital signs and patient data * Educate patients on treatment and kidney health * Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Requirements * Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent * Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment * Physically able to work long shifts on your feet * Willing to float between local clinics if needed * Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays * Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy
