Industry & Context.
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capability
Australia-based, structured 5-day roster between Monday-Saturday, 9am - 5pm AEST/AEDT, including one Saturday per month, part-time arrangements are not available, limited flexibility is available during the onboarding and training period
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, with no practice restrictions, Minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical nursing experience, clinical assessment and documentation skills, Experience in chronic disease management, emotional regulation and ability to manage complex patient interactions professionally, Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, IT proficiency and confidence navigating multiple systems, Ability to work effectively within structured workflows and KPI environments, Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving capability
Nice to Have
Previous telehealth or virtual care experience highly regarded, Mental health nursing and/or medicinal cannabis experience highly regarded
What You'll Do.
Conducting high-volume telehealth assessment consults
Completing structured patient assessments and clinical documentation
Providing empathetic patient education and support
Liaising with prescribers and the wider Patient Care team
Responding to patient enquiries and escalating concerns appropriately
Working within a structured
KPI-driven telehealth environment
Managing clinical escalations and complex patient interactions
Supporting patients with dosing concerns
and pharmacy-related queries
and complaint resolution
Collaborating with prescribers and cross-functional support teams
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational processes
Managing sensitive patient conversations with professionalism and empathy
