Collect patient payments
Maintain front office workspace
Collect all money due
Convert referrals into evaluations
Schedule patient visits
Create inviting clinic atmosphere
Manage schedule efficiently
Manage document routing
Manage personal overtime
Manage non-clinical documentation
Attend required training
Complete quarterly compliance training
