Results Physiotherapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX (Tech Ridge) Are you looking for a position in a growing organization where you can make a significant impact on the lives of others? What is a Patient Care Coordinator? A Patient Care Coordinator is an entry-level office role that is responsible for maintaining pleasant and consistent daily operations of the clinic. Our Patient Care Coordinators have excellent customer service skills. Patient Care Coordinators learn new things – a lot! The Patient Care Coordinator multitasks in multiple computer programs each day. A day in the life of a Patient Care Coordinator: Greets everyone who enters the clinic in a friendly and welcoming manner. Schedules new referrals received by fax or by telephone from patients, physician offices. Verifies insurance coverage for patients. Collects patient payments. Maintains an orderly and organized front office workspace. Other duties as assigned. The PCC-I position is responsible for supporting the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation. Responsibilities: Core responsibilities Collect all money due at the time of service Convert referrals into evaluations Schedule patient visits Customer Service Create an inviting clinic atmosphere.
