Active State Tested Nurse Aide License in the State of Ohio, Current CPR certification (BLS for healthcare provider), One year of patient care experience in a hospital setting within the last three years

Nice to Have

Completion of fundamentals course from an approved nursing program, May act as a preceptor and train other staff
