Must Have
Bilingual Spanish required, 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, 1 to 2 years of experience in mental health, 1 to 2 years of experience in call centers, 1 to 2 years of experience in customer facing sales role, Fast-thinking and adaptable communication skills, Empathetic and comfortable speaking with people, Organized and able to manage multiple systems, Organized and able to manage multiple conversations

About Mood Health At Mood Health, we are working to make mental health care easier to access. For many people, reaching out for help is a big step. Our goal is to make that step feel simple, supportive, and welcoming. Our clinicians, including psychiatric nurse practitioners and therapists, provide therapy and medication management through secure video visits. Before someone ever meets their provider, they usually speak with someone on our team first. That first conversation matters a lot. About the Role We are looking for a Patient Acquisition Specialist within the Sales organization, you’ll be the initial point of contact for prospective patients from our partner clinics. We are looking for someone who is motivated, personable, fast-thinking, and comfortable working toward goals. The right person is not pushy, but they are proactive. They know how to build trust, communicate clearly, and help people move forward when they feel nervous, unsure, or hesitant about starting care. In this role, you will help new clients understand how things work, answer their questions, and guide them toward scheduling their first appointment. If you communicate well, stay organized in a fast-moving environment, and enjoy helping people move forward, you will likely enjoy this role. What You’ll Do Be the first point of contact for new clients Talk with people who are reaching out for mental health support and help them feel comfortable moving forward. Help clients get scheduled Guide people through the booking process. This includes answering questions about availability, insurance, and next steps. Proactively follow up with referrals Use phone, text, email, and customer management tools to connect with referral patients, follow up consistently, and help keep the scheduling process moving.
