Register patients accurately

Schedule appointments
Perform patient registration
Obtain insurance information
Obtain demographic data
Enter diagnostic coding
Relay information to patients
Relay information to family members
Prepare patient liability estimations
Utilize communication skills
Operate office equipment
Obtain authorizations
Change authorizations
Escort patients via wheelchair
Inform patients of delays
Call physician offices
Participate in safety initiatives
