What You'll Do.

Gather information from patient and enter into database

Seek resources to resolve issues

Schedule patient procedures efficiently

Coordinate and communicate schedules

Assist with coordination of insurance pre-certification/authorization

Provide counseling to patient regarding pre-service requirements

Perform clerical and reception duties

Perform other duties as assigned
