You’ll help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for while keeping clinic operations running smoothly. **Schedule & Work Environment** * **PRN / Casual / As-needed** * **Monday–Friday (no nights, no weekends)** * **Daytime hours** with **excellent work–life balance** * **High-volume, fast-paced clinic setting** * Perfect for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility **What You’ll Do** * Greet patients warmly and professionally—making them feel welcomed and valued * Collect, verify, and update patient demographic and insurance information * Prioritize patient registrations based on acuity and clinic workflow * Verify insurance eligibility and benefits using verification software * Explain out-of-pocket costs clearly and compassionately * Collect and process payments in accordance with policies * Identify self-pay patients and refer them to financial counseling as needed * Maintain working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insu
