Must Have
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), 0-2 prior relevant experience in a medical/clinical/dental/hospital setting OR customer service setting
Nice to Have
One (1) year Patient Access experience, Data Entry experience, Familiar with health plans/insurance, Bilingual in English and Spanish
What You'll Do.
courteous registration services
Create a positive impression for each patient
Assist patients and their families in accessing services
Act as an advocate and navigator for patients
Perform pre-admitting
admitting and/or registering tasks
Route or escort patients
