Must Have
1-3 years experience supporting patient referrals, Experience delivering high-quality customer service, Proficiency in medical or pharmacy terminology, Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office, High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree preferred, Experience supporting prescribers, General understanding of insurance benefits, Familiarity with infusion therapy workflows

Monitor insurance eligibility
Monitor authorization status
Review CareTend queues
Identify coverage changes
Obtain updated insurance documentation
Obtain updated clinical documentation
Notify Reimbursement Specialists
Answer benefits questions
Answer authorization questions
Collaborate with reimbursement teams
Collaborate with nurse coordination
Collaborate with pharmacy operations
Collaborate with data entry teams
Communicate potential delays
Document patient communications
Document provider communications
Document internal communications
Track referral status
Track referral volume
Track workload metrics
Organize daily activities
Support PAL-Pending duties
