Must Have
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience, 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations, scheduling, workforce coordination, or operational analytics, Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools, Ability to analyze data and identify trends, Experience working with EMR and/or scheduling systems, High attention to detail, Organizational and prioritization skills, Ability to interpret operational data, Translate insights into actionable improvements
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree, Experience supporting multi-site healthcare operations, Experience managing provider schedules, Experience using data visualization and reporting tools

As a Patient Access Coordinator, you will own the development, maintenance, and centralized governance of clinician scheduling templates across the organization - ensuring consistency, visibility, and efficiency at scale. In this role, you’ll drive scheduling strategies that support patient access, clinician productivity, and operational performance. You’ll manage scheduling templates across clinics, coordinate setup for new hires, and adapt structures to reflect staffing changes, clinic operations, and evolving business priorities. Partnering closely with clinic and patient access leadership, you’ll help build and sustain an optimized scheduling infrastructure across territories. Your work will directly contribute to delivering high-quality care and will support the mission, vision, and values of Upstream Rehabilitation and its affiliated entities.
