Must Have
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related field and three years of experience in management consulting, technical management, logistics engineering, or related occupation, Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience, three years of experience in salaried workforce or program management experience in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production or procurement, distribution, logistics, or related environment, three years of experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies, or related performance metrics or process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, three years of experience in cross-functional coordination across different business units, three years of experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives
