What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree required, 6+ years in recordal processes, Experience in patent, trademark or IP legal role, Project management skills, Commitment to intellectual property services, Solid understanding of patent and trademark prosecution procedures, Solid understanding of international IP rules
Nice to Have
JD or paralegal preferred, Client-facing experience preferred, Interest in developing client relationships

Implement standardized processes
Update standardized processes
Maintain recordal trackers
Ensure compliance with legal requirements
Liaise between agents and clients
Manage formal documentation
Direct projects successfully
Participate in development of AI
Participate in documentation tracking of automation
Oversee recordal projects
Ensure projects are supported through correspondence
Ensure projects are supported through tracking
Ensure projects are supported through progress charts
Ensure projects are supported through maintenance of records
Ensure documents meet country-law requirements
Prepare regular reporting updates
Conduct internal meetings
Conduct client meetings
Send instructions to foreign associates
Review incoming correspondence from foreign associates
Review recordal filing receipts
Review confirmation certificates
Escalate deficiencies
