Must Have
European Patent Attorney, technical background in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or another closely related technology area, English fluency mandatory
Nice to Have
Post-grant experience including EP Oppositions and patent litigation, Previous experience in a law firm managing patent prosecution for a large telecommunication company

Prosecuting a global patent portfolio
Preparing and filing patent applications
Strategically developing and managing patent families
Mapping claims to standards and products
assisting in post grant reviews
assisting licensing and litigation teams
evaluating patent assets
preparation of Standards Settings Organization (SSO) patent declarations
