What You'll Do.

Prepare and present high‑quality pastries and desserts in line with brand standards
Support menu development
and innovative dessert concepts
Ensure consistency in taste
and portion control at all times
Supervise and guide pastry team members
providing training and support as needed
and ordering of pastry ingredients and supplies
Maintain strict hygiene
and safety standards within the kitchen
Coordinate with other kitchen and F&B teams to support overall operations
Step in to lead the pastry section in the absence of the Pastry Chef
