What's the Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a talented Pastry Chef to join one of our premium corporate client sites in Sydney CBD. You will be responsible for producing high-quality pastries, desserts, baked goods, and sweet offerings for daily service, corporate functions, special events and in the onside Pastry kitchen. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional products. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and present high-quality pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods. * Assist with menu development and seasonal offerings. * Maintain consistency in product quality and presentation. * Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met. * Manage stock levels and minimise waste. * Support kitchen operations and event catering requirements. About You * Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, Patisserie, or equivalent qualification. * Previous experience in a Pastry Chef role. * Strong pastry and baking skills. * Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards. * Knowledge of food safety and HACCP requirements.
