Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Pasteurization Plant Operator to join a reputable client in Saudi Arabia. This role involves operating and monitoring the pasteurization process within a food or beverage production facility to ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. As a Pasteurization Plant Operator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of production operations. **Location:** Eastern Region,Saudi Arabia **Job Duration** : 1 Year ### Responsibilities * Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines. * Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of pasteurization machinery to prevent breakdowns. * Record and report operational data, including temperature, pressure, and production volumes. * Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control policies. * Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to optimize production processes. * Maintain a clean and safe working environment following health and safety protocols. **Requirements** * Diploma or degree in Food Technology, or related field. * 3+ Years of work experience in the same field * Proven experience in operating pasteurization or heat-treatment equipment within a production environment. * Good understanding of food safety standards and quality assurance practices. * Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues. * Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures. * Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team. * Willingness to work in shifts as required.
