Must Have
Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences, Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service, Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time
Nice to Have
Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service, ASE certification, Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
What You'll Do.
Provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service
Support store management in accomplishment of assigned tasks
Greet retail/walk-in customers
Assist managers and/or installer service specialists
Complete assigned company training
Provide excellent service to customers calling the store
Maintain and secure the cash drawer
Process exchanges and returns
Address and resolve customer complaints
Assist with daily image maker and planogram updates
Perform daily operational tasks
Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
Perform in-store services for customers
Drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries
