What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales, or aftermarket support, High school diploma or GED, fluent in Italian and English
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, One additional language will also be an advantage, Some technical background is a plus including ability to read technical drawings and parts breakdowns
What You'll Do.
Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries
Provide timely responses to parts inquiries
Research and identify correct machine components
Prepare and issue accurate quotations
Enter and manage sales orders
Process credits and returns
Proactively identify opportunities to increase parts sales
Conduct outreach to existing and inactive accounts
Collaborate with internal departments
Contribute to Lean initiatives

Team & Collaboration
Works cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance; Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient order execution; interface across departments
