4 Years Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years Experience working in Position, 2 Years Experience managing people/projects, Experience with Oracle EBS Purchasing and Inventory, Associate Degree or equivalent certification
What You'll Do.
Provide PO delivery status updates
Correct and manage AP MRO Outstanding Issues
Receive all UPS/FedEx/Etc. deliveries
Manage inter-organizational shipping and receiving
Manage physical spare parts inventory
Place spare parts in appropriate storage locations
Maintain and receive all spare parts inventory in
Perform weekly/quarterly MRO Cycle counts into Oracle/PPG systems
Research and reconcile discrepancies
Organize parts room area per 5S Process
maintain and file warranty claims
Identify parts in E-CAT system
Generate and complete PM Work Order Scripts
Manage work order backlog
Facilitate maintenance planning meetings
Assist technicians during downtime events
Provide database support on-site
Assist with annual machine rebuilds
Create PM Plan for line down time
Optimize Mechanic labor availability
Ensure completion of PMs at scheduled intervals
Coordinate with Maintenance and Production Teams
Effectively execute Repair work orders
Evaluate and assess PM effectiveness
Confirm that material and labor costs are properly
Maintain an excellent relationship with outside vendors
Purchase items/parts availability management
Source to various suppliers/vendors
Attend monthly parts room calls
Track and complete work orders in preventative maintenance
Track and complete work orders in repairs
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Maintain a safe work environment

Parts Room Associate Maintains stock of MRO spare parts and consumables including: purchasing, inventory accuracy, managing consumption/usage, and appropriate on-hand levels to ensure line uptime. **_Essential Functions_** * _Purchasing:_ * Restocks consumables, critical spare parts, and parts inventory * Provides PO delivery status updates for outstanding orders from respective vendors * Corrects and manages AP MRO Outstanding Issues * Receives all UPS/FedEx/Etc. deliveries * Manages inter-organizational shipping and receiving * _Inventory Management:_ * Manages physical spare parts inventory, and ensures they are placed in appropriate storage locations * Maintains and receives all spare parts inventory in both Oracle EBS & Power Pick Global systems * Performs weekly/quarterly MRO Cycle counts into Oracle/PPG systems, and researches and reconciles discrepancies * Organizes parts room area per 5S Process (Sustain, Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize) * Track, maintains and files warranty claims with respective vendors * Identifies parts in E-CAT system * _Maintenance Planning:_ * Generates and completes PM Work Order Scripts, and manages work order backlog * Facilitates maintenance planning meetings * Assists technicians during downtime events * Provides database support on-site acting as a subject matter expert * Assists with annual machine rebuilds * Creates PM Plan for line down time, optimizing Mechanic labor availability * Ensures completion of PMs at scheduled intervals (e.g., weekly, monthly, et
