We are looking for a **Parts Identification Specialist.** **What will you do?** The Parts Identification Specialist will be responsible for providing part number and quotation for chiller parts as requested by customers. Additionally, you will support in executing part ID & Quotes. **How will you do it?** * Identification of serviceable part numbers for Industrial Refrigeration using parts/service catalogs, SLM, and ERP tools like MAPICS,SAP,EASYPARTS * Understand the customer parts request. * Provide necessary information regarding Industrial Refrigeration as requested by customers. * Provide quotes for the identified part numbers/requested parts **What are we looking for?** * Graduate in any Engineering discipline. * 1 to 2 years of working experience as a service engineer for IR / chillers. * Fluency in English, both written and spoken. * Working experience of multiple types of chillers, compressors, heat exchangers, and electrical parts would be an added advantage. * Strong knowledge of various Frick / chiller electrical panels and components. * Understanding of parts manuals and engineering drawings. * Strong analytical & Communication skills. * Owner’s mindset and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. * Strong work ethics with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. **What do we of
