What You'll Do.
Conducts sales of HVAC parts
and supplies over the phone
Promptly identify parts and process quotes & orders for customers
Actively makes customers aware of product promotions
May load and unload shipment of parts
Responds to customer inquiries
or concerns regarding products or services
Records inventory discrepancies
Follows up with customers
Determines best method to resolve customer issues
Develop & maintain relationships with customers and our business partners

We are currently seeking a Parts Counter Sales person responsible for processing customer orders and responding to customer’s inquiries.
