What You'll Do.

Manage Parts Department activities

Support retail customers

Ensure compliance with company policy

Develop vendor relationships

Monitor vendor relationships

Maintain vendor relationships

Establish stocking levels

Ensure shop supplies are up to date

Keep parts room clean

Keep parts warehouse clean

Keep parts room organized

Keep parts warehouse organized

Complete Parts Department activity reporting

Handle warranty parts retention

Handle warranty parts shipping

Print warranty parts report

Perform cycle counts weekly

Complete 7's report for cores

Check next day orders

Check shop turn over report

Participate in daily shop turn over meeting

Process invoices for payment

Update daily sales OTC sheet

Review open purchase orders

Print credit card report

Deliver parts to workstations

Participate in QAS meetings
