Parts Administrator Reports to: Parts Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt, Hourly Pay Range: $24-$28/hour The Opportunity We are a rapidly growing manufacturer’s representative firm based in Island Lake, IL specializing in commercial HVAC products. We are currently seeking a Parts Administrator to process customer orders, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and can perform in a mostly solo environment. This role requires a self-motivated individual who actively contributes to the team’s success and ensures customer satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities • Supports customers by phone, email, and over the counter. • Promptly identify HVACR parts and equipment to process quotes however, telework or work at home, on the road, or in a satellite location for portions of the workweek may occur, depending upon project needs and requirements in coordination with your direct supervisor and/or most senior leader of your department. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms.
