What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 5 years of experience in business development/partnerships, ideally in B2B software or energy, Excellent communication skills, written and oral (English), Based in Europe and able to work in the CET time zone +-3 hours
Nice to Have
Closed and grown multi-year strategic partnerships with enterprise counterparts, Experience with (or high interest in) renewable energy, electric vehicles, smart energy hardware and/or demand response, Actively use AI to improve the efficiency and quality of your work, Familiar with API-based, B2B software, Startup or scale-up experience

ABOUT ENODE The grid was built for predictable, centralised power. We're looking for people who take ownership, move fast, and care deeply about the role technology can play in the energy transition. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: We're hiring a Partnerships Manager to work closely with the manufacturers (OEMs) whose devices are optimised by Enode. OEM partners are a vital part of Enode’s platform, and how we work with them determines how fast we scale as a company. Enode is partnering with leading automotive, EV charger and solar & storage companies, e.g. VW Group, Zaptec and Solis. You'll sign new partners, succeed with existing ones, improve our product, and shape the playbook we use to do it. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in early-stage ambiguity and problem solving.
