📍 London E1 or Sheffield City Centre - office 2 days per week, wfh/remote 3 days per week (or office if you prefer!!) 🚆3 days per month in London office to coincide with full team onsites (travel and accomodation paid) The opportunity Goodlord is a multi-award-winning UK's Best Workplace on a mission to deliver the best renting experience in the world. We’re searching for a Partnerships Lead, reporting to the Director of Consumer Partnerships, to help us take our Energy proposition to its next phase. - You’ll own a single strategic partnership (OVO Energy) - Lead a small, strong team of three IC's - 2 x BDE and 1 x Ops Analyst - Collaborate closely with Tech to evolve one core product area - Drive a defined P&L and proposition end-to-end You'll love this role if your partnership style is based on depth rather than breadth. This is about building and growing a strategically important partnership, developing a proposition over time, and creating meaningful commercial impact. If you're motivated by ownership, influence and delivery - rather than managing large global teams or juggling dozens of partner relationships - this could be a brilliant role for you! What we need from you: - Experience in residential energy industry - you love all things energy! - Strong commercial mindset with proven experience developing and maximising B2B commercial partnerships - working with a major partner, e.g. OVO Energy. - Proven track record of coaching and leading small but high-performing business development teams focused on user growth. - Demonstrated ability to work with Tech/Product teams - shaping requirements, influencing prioritisation, and helping deliver product improvements. - Solid knowledge and understanding of a P&L sheet. It would also be great if you have: - A passion for improving the lettings process and making renting easier for all parties - Exceptional knowledge of the end-to-end lettings journey, especially the Move-in and Move-out process. - Supported or influ
