London E1 - Hybrid - 3 days per week in office & 2 days remote/wfh (or office if you prefer!) Who we are At Goodlord, our goal is to be the gold-standard renting platform. Used by 3,000+ letting agents, we sit at the centre of a complex ecosystem of PropTech, CRMs, and fintech tools. We’ve grown fast; now, we’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Partnerships Lead to help us grow smarter. Our Approach to Partnerships While Goodlord proudly serves the property and lettings ecosystem, our infrastructure is built on deeply integrated software, APIs, and multi-platform tech stacks. Because of this, this specific position requires a native background in B2B SaaS, tech-platform scaling, or fintech environments. We need a commercial builder who already speaks the language of product roadmaps, software revenue attribution, and technical integrations. This role would particularly suit an ambitious tech-partnerships professional who wants to own a strategy from scratch in a fast-paced, product-led business. What the Role Is This is a commercial-first role reporting to our MD of B2B Platform. You aren't just managing existing relationships; you are building, structuring, and negotiating the technology partnerships that will define our market position. You will be entering a "sleeves-rolled-up" environment where you will be creating the frameworks, playbooks, and templates yourself, not just managing an inherited machine. Your day-to-day will involve: - Identifying and prioritising high-value tech partnerships and opening senior-level doors. - Owning end-to-end negotiation of revenue models, attribution, and commercial terms that actually deliver P&L impact. - Working with Product to define MVP integrations and Sales & Marketing to ensure partnerships translate into a live pipeline. - Ensuring every partnership solves a genuine customer pain point, is technically feasible and stands up to commercial scrutiny.
