written and verbal communication, Comfort with Salesforce or a similar CRM

Roughly 2+ years of winning through relationships, early sales seat (SDR, BDR, or AE) at a SaaS, fintech, or platform company where you were a top performer, events-focused or experiential role where you tied programs to revenue, community or brand partnerships at a consumer or B2B company where you turned a network into pipeline, early business development, where you closed real relationships
