Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and periodically reporting to line manager / top management; Ensuring strategic alignment of the training approach with business goals

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least Diploma, 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
What You'll Do.
Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis
and consultation with line managers
Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Conduct effective onboarding induction and leadership development sessions
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness
success and periodically reporting to line manager / top management
Manage training budget
Provide opportunities for ongoing content development on training effectiveness & efficiency
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends
developments and best practices
Ensuring strategic alignment of the training approach with business goals
Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders (both internal and group) and using needs assessments
Developing and delivering training solutions that meet business needs
Optimizing training processes for efficiency
Selecting and managing resources
including working with both internal stakeholders and training vendors to joint develop and/or deliver training
Managing the technologies and technical personnel required to develop
manage and deliver training
