Proven track record of sourcing and winning new partners - from identifying prospects and building senior relationships through to negotiation, contracting, and onboarding., Proven ability to manage a variety of multi-year senior partnerships, balancing strategic relationship-building with hands-on commercial delivery., A strong, commercially driven mindset and the ability to identify, assess, and negotiate high-value opportunities that align with business goals., Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to influence and build credibility with diverse stakeholders., Experience using partner engagement and marketing tools (e.g. CRM, partner portals, co-marketing campaigns, content enablement)., Pipeline management expertise – structured, disciplined approach to managing outreach, reporting, and stakeholder communication., Comfortable working autonomously and proactively while collaborating effectively across teams - a true self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment., Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to shifting priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience working with legal teams on contracts and multi-year deals is a plus (training can be provided)., Experience or networks in financial services, fintech, employee benefits, or automotive sectors would be beneficial but not essential.

What You'll Do.

Develop and execute the partner channel strategy for assigned vertical.

and onboard new partners.

Enable and grow existing partnerships.

Drive partner activity through joint go-to-market initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams to design propositions

and enablement materials.

Own pipeline from opportunity identification to in-life management.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and report progress.

Lead strategic relationship management

including quarterly business reviews and monthly reports.

Provide partners with actionable insights and performance feedback.

Represent the company externally at industry conferences

and partner activations.

Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing partner and market insights.

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Act as the bridge between growth goals and regulatory responsibilities.; Work with Sales, Product, and Ops teams.; Translate the 'why' behind rules to help teams build better products.; Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Business Development) to design propositions, marketing assets, and enablement materials.; Collaborate effectively across teams.

Communication Scope

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Able to influence and build credibility with diverse stakeholders
