Ensure partner staff are aware of AFS manual
Track partner-related issues

Lead Partner Performance Assessment meetings
Provide data-driven evaluations
Address outstanding partnership issues
Ensure timely resolution of concerns
Participate in Due Diligence and Capacity Assessments
Review partners' standard and incident reports
Conduct partner reviews/meetings
Participate in learning sessions
Assist partners in strategizing
Support special conditions updates meetings
Attend sectoral meetings
Attend coordination meetings
Implement accountability mechanisms
