About Immoweb Immoweb is Belgium's leading real estate platform, connecting buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords every day. We work with a broad ecosystem of CRM partners, technology providers, and outsourced service partners to deliver seamless experiences at scale. As we continue to grow and evolve our product offering, strong and well-managed external partnerships are central to our success. Role Overview As Partnership Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for Immoweb's external partners — including CRM providers and our outsourced operational partners. You will be responsible for building and maintaining constructive, results-driven relationships, defining partnership strategy, managing SLAs, and ensuring the smooth adoption of new Immoweb releases, features, and products across all partner ecosystems. This role sits within the Customer Operations team and reports directly to the Head of Customer Operations. Key Responsibilities Partnership Strategy & Governance * Define and execute a clear, structured partnership strategy aligned with Immoweb's business objectives. * Develop and maintain a framework for evaluating, onboarding, and managing external partners. * Establish governance processes to ensure accountability and transparency across all partnerships. * Serve as the internal champion for partnerships, advocating for partner needs across product, tech, and commercial teams. CRM & Outsource Partner Management * Act as the primary relationship owner for CRM partners and external outsourced service providers. * Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance, flag risks, and identify growth opportunities. * Build constructive, long-term relationships grounded in mutual trust and shared goals. * Resolve partnership issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner. SLA Management & Performance Monitoring * Negotiate, define, and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with all key external partners. * Monitor partner performance
