3–5+ years in channel sales, 3–5+ years in partner management, 3–5+ years in technology sales, Track record of hitting revenue targets, Comfort working with data, Relationship-building instincts, Ability to earn trust quickly, Familiarity with cloud technology, Familiarity with partner ecosystem, Ability to analyze performance data, Proficiency with CRM tools, Experience using data-driven mechanisms, Experience coaching or mentoring partners, Familiarity with AWS go-to-market programs
Nice to Have
AWS experience is a plus, Salesforce preferred, Experience in business development, Experience building client relationships
