Ensure engagement within Wellhub ecosystem
Manage onboarding and ongoing support via Zendesk
Act as main point of contact for partners
Review and renegotiate commercial conditions
Resolve local issues and booking friction
Identify at-risk partners early
Implement creative strategies to improve retention
Adapt support workflows and FAQs
Contribute to regional projects

THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Partner Success Executive to join our Partnerships team in Paris! Wellhub is officially expanding into France, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As one of the first Partner Success Executives in the country, you will play a key role in managing and nurturing relationships with our first fitness and wellness partners in the region. You will be responsible for driving strong partner retention, adapting our global approach to the French market, and building a sustainable partner network from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to take on real ownership from day one, support and grow new partnerships across the region, and contribute directly to our long-term success in France. This is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Paris office.
