Last year alone we grew over 50% with nearly £3bn worth of cars bought on site, while £1.8bn of cars were listed for sale through our Sell My Car service. In 2024 we went big and acquired Autovia - creators of AutoExpress and Evo magazines - doubling our audience overnight. YOUR MISSION As a Partner Success Director, you'll be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with our Franchise, Mid-Market, and SME partners. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders at some of the largest Dealership Groups in the UK to ensure they get maximum value from the Carwow partnership and achieve their business objectives. Your goal will be to develop and drive a long-term strategy that ensures Carwow is embedded in their business and enables you to drive revenue growth. Partner Relationship Management - Unblock, build and foster strong, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at partner organisations, focusing on stakeholders at the senior level - Embed yourself within partner organisations to understand the drivers and internal dynamics that drive decision-making - Proactively identify partner needs, goals and pain points, and develop solutions to address them - Develop a thorough understanding of how industry trends and macroeconomic factors will impact partner businesses and their approach to third parties. - Serve as a trusted advis
