Not just get it deployed, but actually change how their faculty teach and how their students experience learning. It's work that sits at the intersection of technology, pedagogy, and real human relationships, and it requires someone who's as comfortable running a faculty training workshop as they are digging into adoption data or troubleshooting an LMS configuration. I love this work and I love the team we've built to do it in APAC. We've grown, and that growth means we need more capacity and more expertise on the ground. I'm looking for a Partner Success Associate who can take real ownership of a set of accounts from day one. A typical week might involve running onboarding sessions for faculty and instructional designers at a Sydney university, reviewing adoption metrics ahead of a quarterly check-in, supporting a pilot implementation at a new institution, or attending a regional conference on behalf of FeedbackFruits. The work is varied, and so are the people you'll work with, from heads of faculty and LMS administrators to instructional designers and senior leadership at some of the region's leading institutions. You'll work closely with me and our senior team on renewal and upsell strategy, and you'll be the internal voice for what APAC partners actually need. You'll interact with experienced academic stakeholders, contribute to commercial conversations, and be part of a tight-knit international team that moves fast and takes pride in doing good work without waiting for permission.
