Through the easy-to-use mobile app, users can buy and sell a variety of different cryptocurrencies and access a wide range of financial services. Coins is fully regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever crypto-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank. ## What you'll do Support Know Your Business (KYB) processes, including the review and verification of corporate documents to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Act as PIC (Person-in-Charge) for escalated cases and serve as acting lead in the absence of the team lead. Assist and develop programs and projects, including maintaining and updating SOPs to ensure they reflect current processes and best practices. Guide and assist associates with inquiries or concerns, ensuring adherence to workflows, quality standards, and SOPs. Maintain and develop effective working relationships with partners to ensure mutual growth and success.Help plan and implement strategies based on partner feedback to improve overall experience, including operational processes and product enhancements. Work closely with internal teams to provide timely resolutions and data-driven recommendations for partner-related concerns. Handle daily partner concerns with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication to promote satisfaction and long-term retention. Perform other related duties and tasks as required to support team and company goals.
