In this strategic and highly visible role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor across a network of strategic technology partners, helping them design, adopt, and scale modern observability and cloud solutions. You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and partner ecosystems, ensuring that partners are fully enabled to deliver value to end customers. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where technical depth meets business impact, requiring the ability to translate complex architectures into practical outcomes. You will play a key role in accelerating cloud transformation, application modernization, and DevOps adoption initiatives. Working closely with internal product and engineering teams, you will influence product direction based on real partner needs. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and globally distributed, offering strong exposure to enterprise-scale challenges. This role is ideal for a senior technical professional passionate about shaping partner success at scale. ## Accountabilities Drive technical success across partner engagements by supporting solution design, onboarding, enablement, and adoption of observability and cloud capabilities. Act as the technical bridge between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment on architecture, product usage, and delivery outcomes. Lead and support joint initiatives such as proofs of value, technical workshops, and end-customer demonstrations with partner organizations. Analyze partner offerings and recommend improvements to increase value through deeper integration and adoption of platform capabilities.
