10–15 years of experience in technical, customer-facing, or partner-facing roles within IT development, operations, or cloud environments. hands-on experience in at least two areas such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), observability tools, containerization, DevOps, or CI/CD ecosystems. Solid understanding of distributed systems, infrastructure, application performance, and modern cloud-native architectures.
