What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10–15 years of experience in technical, customer-facing, or partner-facing roles within IT development, operations, or cloud environments. hands-on experience in at least two areas such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), observability tools, containerization, DevOps, or CI/CD ecosystems. Solid understanding of distributed systems, infrastructure, application performance, and modern cloud-native architectures. Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and executive stakeholders.
Nice to Have
Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, or managed service providers is highly desirable. Proficiency in scripting or development languages (e. g. , Python, Go, JavaScript, Ruby) and infrastructure tooling is a plus. Familiarity with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production system debugging is highly valued.
