Delivery Hero has been listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since 2017 and is part of the MDAX stock market index. * Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls, solving vendor issues. * Must have problem-solving skills and follow timelines when assigned for tasks. * Managing live chat, maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minute. * Able to follow the order processing system from the back end. * Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts. ## Qualifications * You have successfully completed HSC/A levels * Good typing skills. * Strong in communications skills. * We are dynamic, you need to be a doer and adapt constantly to many changes.
