Must Have
5 years of directly relevant business experience in the Life Sciences industry, 5 years of investing experience in a successful VC firm
Nice to Have
Relevant graduate degree (MBA / MD / PhD), Valuable investment experience through a number of Life Sciences investments, Engaged style of investment, leading process from origination to closing and to eventual exit, Deep ties to the local investing ecosystem, Experience of actively working on all aspects of the transaction (business plan, due diligence, valuation and modeling, leadership evaluation etc.)

Proactively identify compelling opportunities
Drive end to end investment processes
Represent SV as a board director

Work seamlessly with the broader Sanofi organization; Internal communication; Cross functional coordination; Engage fully in all SV activities; Represent the team effectively in both internal and external forums; Build trust with the management of portfolio companies and internal senior leaders
