5+ years of experience in high-level B2B sales or business development, Proven track record in complex, high-value negotiations, Native level French communication, Fluent English communication, Proactive, entrepreneurial, Comfortable working in an undefined market environment, Ability to simplify complex topics, Effective communication with C-level stakeholders, Analytical skills, Solution-oriented approach, Motivated by targets, Comfortable using Salesforce, Comfortable using Excel, Passionate about wellness

Experience with Salesforce and Excel to manage pipeline and inform decisions, Experience in building a "Wishlist" strategy, Experience in identifying and signing fitness and wellness partners, Experience in leading high-level commercial discussions, Experience in multi-stakeholder negotiations, Experience in navigating complex deals, Experience in coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Value Management teams, Experience in managing and forecasting a strategic sales pipeline, Experience in driving the positioning of Wellhub, Experience in working closely with strategic partners on integration topics, Experience in owning key partner relationships end-to-end, Experience in coordinating with internal teams such as CX and Finance, Experience in contributing to establishing Wellhub as a trusted partner, Experience in securing anchor partners
