7 years of experience in partner sales, Demonstrated success in recruiting, Track record of establishing AI governance, In-depth understanding of Korean enterprise legacy systems, Native-level Korean proficiency

Nice to Have

MBA or relevant advanced degree, Experience in solution sales strategy through Cloud Channels, Understanding of iPaaS and Automation industry, Experience in enterprise software platforms

Lead joint sales and implementation models

Discover pipeline in line with major domestic partner

Support partners in securing capabilities

Align closely with Enterprise Account Executives

Develop partner-driven portfolio and pipeline plans

Identify the right Workato partner for each customer

Manage partnership relationships in the territory

Own executive level relationships

Execute strategically important partnership initiatives

Recruit and on-board new partnerships

Design and execute pipeline generation activities

Understand the competitive landscape

Present recommendations to executive management

Position yourself as an industry expert

Establish relationships with potential partners

Attend industry events

Present the benefits of the Workaro platform

Work closely with internal teams

Ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives
