Experience managing complex technical programs involving external partners or customers, Stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external organisations, Excellent organisational and communication skills, Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with changing priorities, Technical fluency and the ability to understand topics such as sensor systems, cloud architectures, data movement, and security considerations, Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes across multiple concurrent workstreams, Experience coordinating technical integrations, operational deployments, or distributed systems programs, Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on program delivery, Problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset
Nice to Have
Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, automotive, mobility, fleet operations, or telemetry/data platforms, Experience working with large-scale data collection or data supply programs, Familiarity with sensor technologies, vehicle systems, or telemetry infrastructure, Experience working with commercial fleets, ride-hailing companies, or mobility providers, Experience working with cloud-based data pipelines or distributed data systems, Previous experience in program management roles within highly technical organisations, Exposure to data operations, ML infrastructure, or AI product environments, Formal program or project management certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum)
