2+ years of experience in order/inventory management, e-commerce, or retail operations, Microsoft Excel and presentation skills

Experience with dropship fulfillment operations a plus, Experience in integrations or project management a plus
What You'll Do.
Build relationships with dropship partners
Manage onboardings for new partnerships
Ensure orders are processed correctly
Reduce cancellations due to inventory discrepancies
Analyze partner data for recommendations
Develop and present monthly reports
Utilize procedures and guidelines
Escalate issues to management
Collaborate with Account Management team
