About the Team The Operations team manages our worldwide distribution network and is responsible for authenticating our sneakers, fulfilling orders and ensuring on-time delivery to buyers. Through our technological innovation and logistical efficiency, you will join a team that prides itself on being the most trusted marketplace in the industry while shipping and processing tens of millions of products for our global buyers and sellers. In this role, you will: Build relationships with the medium-large dropship partners to support their operational growth on the GOAT platform Efficiently manage onboardings for new partnerships Ensure that orders are processed correctly and on time Reduce cancellations due to inventory discrepancies Analyze your partner groups data to provide recommendations that will improve key results Develop and present monthly reports that are constructive and help the partners succeed Utilize procedures and guidelines to help guide you through day to day tasks Escalate issues to management to work towards quick resolutions Collaborate with the Account Management team to manage the shared partnerships We are looking for: Associates degree 2+ years of experience in order/inventory management, e-commerce, or retail operations Experience with dropship fulfillment operations a plus Ability to support partners on different time zones Passionate for providing excellent service to customers Proactive problem solver with the ability to multitask Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail Experience in integrations or project management a plus Microsoft Excel and strong presentation skills GOAT Group uses geographic pay tiers based on the employee’s home state to align compensation with market differences across the U. S.
