**The Role** **The Role** Leads Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement activity across Canada, working with trade partners to drive brand awareness, product advocacy and consumer conversion. Operates at both a strategic and executional level, collaborating closely with sales, marketing (local and global) and brand teams to deliver aligned outcomes. **You Will** **Co-Marketing Planning, Alignment & Performance** * Responsible for the planning of effective in-market consumer Co-Marketing activity done in partnership with key partners ensuring alignment to the overarching Marketing Objectives and Marketing Playbook Strategy, aligned to local and global imperatives and growth aspirations. * Takes a proactive approach with our commercial partners to ensure Co-Marketing activity is effective for their channel while also aligned and optimized to deliver our short and long-term brand and business objectives. * Ensures Detailed Co-Marketing Plans are translated into executable actions to deliver campaigns on time, resulting in increased brand market share and profitable growth. * Ensures appropriate stakeholder management approaches are taken to ensure highly effective cross-functional collaboration across all campaigns. * Facilitates timely reporting on Co-Marketing activity, measuring and evaluating delivery effectiveness to continuously optimize performance and provide structured, fact-based feedback to the wider marketing organization.
