WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH - Develop and lead integrated partner marketing strategies across partner channels - Own performance of programs, including partner-sourced pipeline and ROI - Translate business and partner objectives into effective joint marketing plans - Influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional and partner teams - Identify and scale successful partner programs and best practices - Drive innovation and continuous improvement in partner marketing - Coach and develop team members WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM - 7+ years experience in marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing - Strong experience in B2B technology environments - Advanced analytical and strategic thinking skills - Demonstrated ability to build and execute complex partner programs - Ability to work in complex matrixed organizations - Proven experience developing and leading integrated partner marketing programs or strategies - Track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact through partner marketing programs - Experience managing complex co-marketing campaigns and interdependency - Demonstrated ability to translate business and partner objectives into effective marketing strategies and plans - Experience making data-driven decisions to optimize program performance at scale - Proven ability to identify and
