What You'll Do.
Coordinate with partners to ensure leads are entered
Ensure proper attribution
and pipeline visibility
Support joint account planning sessions by preparing account
Prepare pipeline summaries
Prepare partner activity reports ahead of meetings
Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for
Escalate commercial decisions to the Senior Director
Schedule partner meetings
Prepare materials for partner meetings
Prepare materials for QBRs
Document outcomes of QBRs
Track action items to closure
Support advancing strategic alliance discussions by handling logistics
Support advancing strategic alliance discussions by handling internal
Support advancing strategic alliance discussions by handling follow-through
Build familiarity with each GSI partner’s organizational structure
Build familiarity with each GSI partner’s key contacts
Build familiarity with each GSI partner’s active priorities
Coordinate with Partner Enablement to ensure GSI contacts
Coordinate with Partner Enablement to ensure GSI contacts
Coordinate with Partner Enablement to ensure GSI contacts
Liaise with Partner Success on active deal handoffs
Ensure internal resources are briefed and engaged when
Support preparation of alliance governance artifacts
Support preparation of partner tiering updates
Support preparation of portfolio documentation
Assist with internal reporting on GSI pipeline
Assist with internal reporting on GSI activity
Assist with internal reporting on GSI engagement metrics
